At Peppermint Peach, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.



Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We offer refunds or replacements for the following:
        •       Items that arrive damaged or defective
        •       Orders that are incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue may be required.



🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
        •       Change of mind
        •       Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
        •       Delays caused by postal carriers
        •       Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)



🔁 Exchanges
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it. Email us at [Email Address] within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll get it sorted.



📦 How to Request a Refund or Exchange
1.      Email zahra@peppermintpeach.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
2.      Include clear photos if the item is damaged.
3.      We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.



💳 Refunds (if applicable)
        •       Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
        •       Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
